❓ How quickly can I start using my plan?
Your plan activates 2 weeks after payment confirmation. However, accident and emergency services are available immediately upon enrollment.

❓ Can I visit any hospital?
You can visit any of our 500+ partner hospitals nationwide. Check our hospital directory or call our customer service to confirm before your visit.

❓ What documents do I need to enroll?

• Valid ID card (Driver’s License, National ID, Voter’s Card, or International Passport)
• Passport photograph
• Completed enrollment form

❓ How do I make a claim?
Most services at our partner hospitals are cashless – just present your health card. For reimbursements, submit your claim via our mobile app or customer service within 30 days.

❓ Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade at renewal or anytime by paying the price difference. Contact customer service for assistance.

❓ What’s the waiting period?

• General services: 2 weeks
• Maternity & surgeries: 12 months
• Optical, dental, chronic meds: 3-6 months

❓ Is maternity covered?
Yes, on HyPrime and HyPrime Plus plans. Coverage includes antenatal care, normal delivery, postnatal care, and neonatal services.

❓ Can I add my newborn baby?
Yes! Register your baby within 6 weeks of birth for immediate coverage at no extra cost (if you have available dependant slots).

❓ What if I miss a payment?
Your coverage will be suspended. Pay within 30 days to reactivate. After 30 days, you’ll need to re-enroll with new waiting periods.

❓ Do you accept corporate enrollment?
Yes! We offer special corporate packages for companies with 5+ employees. Contact our corporate sales team for customized quotes.
